Here you can find setup information for your chosen VPN and also how to fix any problems you might encounter.

You can use the Table of Contents on the right hand side of this window to navigate between the different sections.

Step 1
Retrieve your VPN username and password, if you are a new member this is contained in the StreamVia Account Information email you received after ordering.

Install the OpenVPN Connnect App. App Store link below.

Next, we need to install our server options into the OpenVPN App, open the appropriate link below in Safari.

There are 2 versions of the configuration files - Standard and NoHosts, the latter should be used from restricted/censored locations (China, UAE, Iran, etc).

Using the list of server options in Step 3, tap the configuration file you want to import, i.e where you want to appear to be.

What is the difference between the options?

• UK1, UK2, etc, use different network providers. Performance may vary between them.
• Option 1, is typically fastest
• Option 2, will probably work best from censored locations, but try 'Option 1' as well.

Tap Allow

Go to the main iOS Settings, the main/top level Settings page (not in a sub-menu), immediately below where it shows your name/Apple ID, tap Profile Downloaded

Alternatively, go to Settings → General → Profiles → Tap the option under the Downloaded Profile heading.

Tap Install top right

If you are prompted to 'Enter your passcode', this is the numerical code you use to unlock your device

Once installed you will see Profile Installed at the top of the window, tap Done

Start the OpenVPN App that you installed previously, tap the pencil icon on the right hand side

• Enter your VPN username, usually your full email address at the point of ordering
• Enable 'Save Password'
• Enter your VPN password, can be found in the StreamVia Account Information email unless changed
• Your VPN password is case sensitive so please copy and paste.
• Tap Save top right once finished.

Move the slider to On

We STRONGLY recommend you repeat from 'Step 3' above, to import ALL options for your chosen location, for example all UK, USA options.
