Here you can find setup information for your chosen VPN and also how to fix any problems you might encounter.

You can use the Table of Contents on the right hand side of this window to navigate between the different sections.

Android can vary between different manufacturers, if you get have problems following the guides below please get in touch with our support team, with details of your Android model and version.

Step 1
Retrieve your VPN username and VPN password from the 'My Services' section of the Client Area:

On your Android device, go to Settings

Then Connections

Then More connection settings

Then VPN

Tap 3 dots, usually at the top right of the screen

Then Add VPN profile

You will then see the 'Add VPN Profile' screen, configure as follows:

• Name: A name of your choosing
• Type: Select L2TP/IPSEC PSK from the drop-down.
• Server address: Click Here To Retrieve
• L2TP Secret: Leave as blank
• IPSec Identifier: Leave blank
• IPSec Pre-Shared Key: streamvia
• Username: Usually your email address, retrieved in Step 1 of this guide
• Password: Your VPN password, retrieved in Step 1 of this guide

Please note:

• For the server address, use the link above to retrieve
• Set a UK server address for UK sites, USA for USA sites, etc
• You must be very careful with typing, typing mistakes will mean things do not work!

Step 9
Then tap Save


Step 10
You will then see the new VPN option, that was configured/saved

Tap this new option and try and Connect the VPN

You will then see the 'Add VPN Profile' screen, configure as follows:

• Name: A name of your choosing
• Type: Select L2TP/IPSEC PSK from the drop-down.
• Server address: Click Here To Retrieve
• L2TP Secret: Leave as blank
• IPSec Identifier: Leave blank
• IPSec Pre-Shared Key: streamvia
• Username: Usually your email address, retrieved in Step 1 of this guide
• Password: Your VPN password, retrieved in Step 1 of this guide

Then tap Save

You will then see the new VPN option, that was configured/saved

Tap this new option and try and Connect the VPN

Possible causes:

• Wrong username/password, this is the most common, please see the steps below
• Your account is suspended/expired
• You have too many devices concurrently connected for your account
• You do not have access to this server with your account

Modify the username/password as required, from the pop-up menu, when you next try to connect the VPN option.
