 +**IMPORTANT:​** You **MUST** be using a www.amazon.co.uk account (NOT .de, .jp, .fr, .com, etc), if needed use another email address and register a separate account on www.amazon.co.uk

 +Sign in with your UK account if prompted

 +Using the below link/​screenshot as a guide (of our Amazon account), click '​Settings'​ then make sure you have a UK card registered for '​Digital Payment Settings'​ and that '​Country Settings'​ are also set to '​UK',​ UK address etc.  As shown in the below screenshot from our account.

 +On the Fire stick itself, open Settings from the Fire TV menu.

 +Go to My Account.

 +Tap on Deregister

 +Once the device has deregistered,​ you will get 2 options - create a new account, or sign in/register with an existing account. ​ Sign in/register with your existing Amazon UK account. ​ Providing you only deregister and then re-register the IP/DNS configuration will *not* be reset on the device, only if you do a full/​factory reset.
