Here you can find SmartStream setup information for your chosen device and also which services you can access whilst using SmartStream.
You can use the Table of Contents on the right hand side of this window to navigate between the different sections.
There are 2 guides on this page - Cabled/Ethernet and Wireless - make sure you follow the correct guide, for how your device connects to your network.
Amazon Fire TV Smart TV?
Amazon Fire TV Smart TV (i.e where the TV itself is a Fire TV) appear to have different model numbers, from different regions - so they cannot download UK Apps, if not sold in the UK.
This does NOT apply to external Fire TV Cube, Stick, etc. Just those Amazon TVs with a Fire TV inbuilt e.g. 'Amazon Fire TV 43-inch 4-series 4K UHD smart TV'
IPv6?
If you have IPv6 on your broadband, you may need to disable this on your router to be able to use SmartStream on this device
Set a UK time and timezone on your device
Some Apps check the time and timezone on your device, you should set these to UK values:
Settings → Preferences → Timezone → Timezone → Europe
Set to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+0) or British Summer Time (GMT+1/BST) depending on the time of year.
