Our Residential VPN service supports OpenVPN only, to use a VPN router with this service it must use OpenVPN 2.4 or above as this service requires 'tls-crypt'

• Set your time, timezone, date format (DD/MM/YYYY) to UK values
• Install and enable 'WebRTC' blocker plugin; Firefox, Chrome
• Disable GPS, Location Services, Browser Location Tracking,etc
• Set your device to British (English, UK) language
• Clear cache/cookies/history EVERY time after you connect the VPN
