Here you can find setup information for your chosen VPN and also how to fix any problems you might encounter.

You can use the Table of Contents on the right hand side of this window to navigate between the different sections.

You must have a 4G/LTE Mobile VPN account to use this service.

Step 1
Download Tunnelblick, using the link below:

Step 2
Double-click the file you downloaded and you should see a screen like the below, double-click again on Tunnelblick to begin the install

Step 3
You may see a screen like the below, depending on your version of macOS, if you do click Open. If not, skip to the next step.

Step 4
You may see a screen like the below, depending on your version of macOS, if you do enter your macOS Username and Password then click OK. If not, skip to the next step.

Step 5
Once installed click I have configuration files

Step 6
Next, we're going to install the StreamVia configuration files, click OK

Download the StreamVia 4G/LTE Configuration Files, using the link below:

Find the zip file you downloaded above, typically in your Downloads folder, then double-click it to extract the Configuration Files

Step 9
Double-click/enter the folder that was extracted


Step 10
You will see various folders, enter the folder that matches the VPN server you were assigned - contained in the 'StreamVia 4G/LTE Mobile VPN - Account Information' email - matching the format EE-xxx.xx

Then enter the macOS folder.


Step 11
You will now see all of the StreamVia Configuration files - named SV-xxxxx-xxxxx.tblk.

Select or highlight as shown, the option or multiple options, that you wish to install.

Step 12
Drag (press and hold the mouse button) the selected options up to the Tunnelblick icon in your menu bar, as shown at the top of the screen, when hovering over the tunnel icon release the mouse button.

Repeat this step as necessary to import additional options, although it is usually easiest to select all the options you require, then drag them all at once (whilst all being highlighted/selected).

Step 13
Select Apply to all if you are importing multiple options at once, then click Only Me

Step 14
If prompted with a screen like the below, enter your macOS Username and Password. This is not your StreamVia VPN username/password. Click OK.

Step 15
Click the tunnel icon in the top right of your screen and select an option you wish to connect.

We recommend you import *all* options shown for your VPN Server, to allow you to experiment to see which works best for you. What works best for one user, may not work best for another. So please experiment.

Step 16
Enter your VPN username and password, this can be found in the StreamVia Residential VPN - Account Information email, it is case sensitive so please copy and paste. Enable Save in keychain for both fields, then, click OK

When successfully connected the tunnel icon in the top right-hand corner will stop flashing/pulsing and remain solid:

Step 18
Click the tunnel icon again and select Disconnect when you are finished using the VPN. Please note, to connect another VPN you must first disconnect any connected VPNs first.

Step 19
To install additional VPN profiles/locations/options repeat Step 11 onwards.

To try another connection, first disconnect any that are already connected - you should have only 1 active VPN at a time.
