You must have a Residential VPN account to use this service.
Retrieve your VPN username and password, if you are a new member this is contained in the StreamVia Residential VPN - Account Information email you received after ordering.
Using a computer, download the Shared or Dedicated Residential VPN connection profiles depending on the service you have purchased.
Import the OpenVPN configuration file to your device - please note, our Residential VPN uses settings that are only present on OpenVPN 2.4 (tls-crypt). So if you're using a router, it MUST include OpenVPN 2.4 (not 2.3, or earlier). You may need to upgrade your router firmware if it uses an earlier version of OpenVPN.
