….the DNS based checks are reporting 'No' - even though you have verified that it is successfully configured - then you need to check if your device or browser is using 'DNS Over HTTPS' or 'iCloud Private Relay'.

Chrome and Firefox have started to push this feature and enable it by default as have some modern releases of Android. If it is enabled, it will mean you are not using our DNS servers.

So that our service can successfully redirect you, you may need to disable 'DNS Over HTTPS' or 'iCloud Private Relay' to successfully use our service. We have included steps for this below.

• Settings
• Tap your iCloud account, top of the screen
• iCloud
• Disable Private Relay

• Click the '3 dots'
• Go to 'Settings'
• Select 'Privacy and Security'
• Under the 'Privacy and Security' heading, select 'Security'
• Locate 'Use Secure DNS'
• Make sure that 'Use Secure DNS' is DISABLED
• With this disabled, you will now use our DNS servers again and we can successfully redirect you

• Click the 'burger icon' (3 horizontal lines)
• Go to 'Preferences'
• Select 'General'
• Scroll down 'Network Settings'
• Click 'Settings…'
• Locate 'Enable DNS over HTTPS'
• Make sure that 'Enable DNS over HTTPS' is DISABLED
• With this disabled, you will now use our DNS servers again and we can successfully redirect you

• In the address bar, go to edge://settings/privacy
• Under the 'Security' section
• Locate 'Use Secure DNS'
• Make sure that 'Use Secure DNS' is DISABLED
• With this disabled, you will now use our DNS servers again and we can successfully redirect you

• Go to your device 'Settings'
• Select 'Network & Internet'
• Go to 'Advanced'
• Locate 'Private DNS'
• Make sure that 'Private DNS' is OFF
